We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

Bigfolio LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out to submit. This page exists so you can confirm that, and to explain the choices you do have.

What We Do With Your Data

We use personal information only to:

• Deliver the services you have engaged us for
• Respond to your enquiries
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
• Send marketing communications where you have opted in
• Improve our website and services

Where Your Data Is Processed

Our personnel are located in the United States and Pakistan, and your personal information may be accessed from either location. Where we transfer personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission together with supplementary safeguards.

• Opt out of marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us directly.

Email hello@bigfolio.co with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorised agent, subject to verification.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
